Miho Creations is a subsidiary of RJM and Associates. By using our
products and downloads you are agreeing that they are branded and remain our property; all use is subject to our TOS and licensing agreements. We guarantee that all designs, products and downloads are our legitimate properties with the exception of those specifically mentioned as advertising, referrals and sponsors.

All FREE downloads are distributed as labeled; by using our free
downloads you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which include the provision that all Sponsor Links shall remain intact. You agree that we have the the right to pursue legal action if necessary, to the fullest extent of the law if these terms are breached. You further agree, by downloading or using any of our services, that if legal action becomes necessary to protect our licensing agreements and TOS that jurisdiction will be in Maryland, USA.

Other software downloads that are available on our site are the sole
property of the company labeled; the terms of agreement shall be read before purchase. You agree that we cannot be held responsible for any third party products under any circumstances; it is your responsibility to read the tems of service before buying a product to avoid any misunderstanding.

When ordering a product from us such as design or other creative
services we will be glad to explain our step by step process regarding those services to avoid any potential misunderstandings. Placing a service request would require an initial contract to ensure mutual security in our transaction. We are serious about providing our clients with the best service possible.
